How to convert photos to a PDF on your phone or computer

Need to send a document, but all you have is photos of it? You can turn them into one PDF from your phone’s browser, with no app to install. Your photos aren’t uploaded.
How to do it
- Open Images to PDF in your phone or computer browser.
- Choose your JPG or PNG photos.
- Put them in page order, then set the page size and margins.
- Create the PDF and download it.
The tool accepts JPG and PNG. If an iPhone photo isn’t accepted because it’s in HEIC format, change the camera setting to “Most Compatible” or convert the photo to JPG first.
Tips for clear document photos
- Use daylight or a bright room, and avoid your own shadow falling on the page.
- Hold the phone straight above the page, not at an angle.
- Put the page on a plain, dark surface so the edges stand out.
- Crop out the background before adding the photo.
- Tap to focus, and check that small print is sharp before moving on.
If the PDF is too big
