These terms apply when you use FoxletPDF (https://foxletpdf.com), operated by MetaFox Softwares. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use FoxletPDF.

The service

FoxletPDF provides free PDF tools that run in your web browser. There is no account, subscription or paid plan. We may add, change or remove tools at any time. Some tools have limits on file size or number of files; these exist only because of what a browser or our server can handle reliably, or to prevent abuse. Server tools also have fair-use limits, such as how many files you can process per minute and per day.

Your files and your responsibility

• Your files remain yours and we claim no rights to them. Browser tools never send them to us. Tools marked “Uses FoxletPDF server” send the file to our server only to process it, and it is deleted afterwards.
• Only use files you have the right to use and change.
• Do not use FoxletPDF for anything unlawful, or to try to disrupt or attack the site.
• Keep your own copies of important files. FoxletPDF never changes your originals, but always check the result.

No warranty

FoxletPDF is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We work hard to make the tools reliable, but we cannot promise that every PDF will be processed correctly or that the site will always be available.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, MetaFox Softwares is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of data, arising from your use of FoxletPDF. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Advertising

FoxletPDF doesn’t show ads at the moment. In future it may show ads from third parties such as Google AdSense to stay free. Those ads would be provided by those companies, and we wouldn’t be responsible for the products or sites they promote. We’ll update these terms and our privacy policy before that happens.

Our brand

The FoxletPDF name, fox logo, design and written content are ours. Please do not copy them or present them as your own. The open-source libraries FoxletPDF uses remain under their own licenses.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use means you accept the changes.
