How to sign a PDF
- Choose your PDF. Pick the document with the button above or drag it onto the box.
- Create your signature. Draw it with a mouse, finger or stylus, or type your name and pick a style. Choose black or blue ink.
- Place it. Go to the right page, select “Place on this page”, then drag the signature into position. Arrow keys nudge it; the slider changes its size. Repeat on other pages if needed.
- Sign and download. Select “Sign PDF” and save your signed copy.
Tips for a neat signature
- Draw slowly and large. Big, steady strokes look better when scaled down onto the page.
- Use a phone or tablet. Signing with your finger often looks more natural than with a mouse.
- Initials on every page? Place the same signature on as many pages as you need before you select “Sign PDF”.
