How to put several pages on one sheet

  1. Choose your PDF. Pick a file with the button above or drag it onto the box.
  2. Pick a layout. Choose 2, 4, 6 or 9 pages per sheet. FoxletPDF tells you how many sheets you'll get.
  3. Set paper and order. Pick A4, US Letter or A3, and whether pages run across or down. Add thin borders if you like.
  4. Create and download. Select “Create PDF”, then print or share the new file.

Tips for handouts

  • Slides? 2 or 4 per sheet keeps slide text readable; 6 or 9 is better for a quick overview.
  • Saving paper. Combine with double-sided printing for up to 18 pages on one sheet.
  • Mixed orientations. Each page keeps its shape and is scaled to fit its slot.
  • Interactive features. Pages are redrawn onto new sheets, so links and form fields aren't kept.

Your files stay on your device

Like every FoxletPDF tool, this one runs inside your browser. Your file is read from your device, processed with open-source PDF libraries (pdf-lib and PDF.js), and handed straight back to you as a download. Nothing is uploaded, logged or stored. See our privacy policy for details.

Frequently asked questions

Is my PDF uploaded?

No. Pages are arranged in your browser and the file never leaves your device.

Will my pages be stretched?

No. Each page is scaled evenly to fit its slot and centred.

Which way do pages run?

Choose “Across, then down” (like reading) or “Down, then across” (like newspaper columns).

What paper sizes are available?

A4, US Letter and A3.

Can I print a booklet?

Not yet — booklet printing needs pages reordered for folding, which this tool doesn't do.
