How to delete pages from a PDF

  1. Choose your PDF. Pick a file with the button above or drag it onto the box. A thumbnail of every page appears.
  2. Mark pages to delete. Tick the pages you want gone, or type numbers such as “2, 5-7” and press Select.
  3. Check what's left. FoxletPDF tells you how many pages will be kept. You can't delete every page.
  4. Delete and download. Select “Delete pages” and save the new PDF. Your original stays as it was.

Tips for removing pages

  • Removing blank scanner pages? Scroll the thumbnails to spot empty pages quickly.
  • Want to reorder too? Organize Pages lets you delete, move and rotate pages in one go.
  • Keeping only a few pages? Extract Pages is quicker when you want to keep a handful and drop the rest.
  • Check interactive features. Rebuilding a PDF keeps how every page looks, but bookmarks and form fields may not carry over.

Your files stay on your device

Like every FoxletPDF tool, this one runs inside your browser. Your file is read from your device, processed with open-source PDF libraries (pdf-lib and PDF.js), and handed straight back to you as a download. Nothing is uploaded, logged or stored. See our privacy policy for details.

Frequently asked questions

Are my files uploaded to delete pages?

No. Pages are removed by your browser, so your PDF never leaves your device.

Can I undo a deletion?

Your original file is never changed. If you removed the wrong page, start again from the original.

Can I delete pages on my phone?

Yes. Tap the pages to tick them, then tap “Delete pages”.

Is there a page limit?

No fixed limit, but files over 200 MB are refused because they can crash the browser.

Does deleting pages reduce quality?

No. The pages you keep are copied exactly as they were.
